Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who was a part of The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with honors) in Theatre and Communications. When she moved between Missouri and Los Angeles in 2004, she was involved in theatre arts. She was involved in acting and producing over 20 musicals. The productions include The Little Foxes Brady Bunch : The Musical Peter Pan as part of the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly began to land the roles for films and TV when she was studying improvisations in The Groundlings. Kelly's distinctive voice and petite dimensions have let her perform a wide range of roles. She is known for her performance as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the character of evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is also more commonly recognized for her role as the bright and bubbly receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly worked as a TV Land Series Regular from 2011 to 2015, starring as an attorney in the daytime, and as a party girl at night. In addition, she was Alyssa's smart sexpert sister on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the The CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stress-stricken suburban mom. She sang in soprano for several cartoons such as Tom & Jerry, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffins. She was most recently seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim but adorable Cloud 9 worker. She leads a tranquil private life, with her husband, and their two little children and enjoys sewing writing as well as volunteering for school activities.
