Claire Elise Boucher (/bu:'SeI/ boo-SHAY born on March 17 1998) is professionally known as Grimes, is a Canadian performer, singer writer, and record producer. She began her career in the early 1990s. has been described as going from "lo-fi R&B" to futuristic dance-pop. It has included elements from electronic music, hip hop, and rock. The majority of her songs have science fiction-related themes and feminist concepts. Five studio albums have been issued by her. Grimes is a native of Vancouver before moving to Montreal. Her first solo career in the late decade. In 2010, she dropped two albums through Arbutus Records, Geidi Primes (and Halfaxa), respectively. Following her contracting with 4AD and gaining the charts with Visions which was her third studio album. Visions is comprised of the singles "Genesis," and "Oblivion" that was considered for The Juno Award of the Canadian Music Industry for Electronic Album of the Years. Art Angels, her fourth studio album, was released in 2015. Many publications called it the top album. In 2020, she released Miss Anthropocene (her fifth studio album). In addition to the music industry, Grimes had a voice part in the gaming action Cyberpunk 2077 and is a judge for the music competition game series Alter Ego. Georges Georges Georges
